Dating Samantha

I just recieved a Samantha from a friend. She has the lighter tan body (peachy colored almost). Her face mold is different than my PM dolls. She has smaller eyes and her cheeks are less full. Is she a west German doll? She is obviously different than my PM Sams. Thanks!

What color are her eyelashes? If they're hard and black she is probably a Mattel. If they're soft and brown she's a pre mattel.

Sorry I can't help you date Samantha, soft brown lashes, and eyes that make a different noise when she opens and closes them might be an older doll. [img]graemlins/rose.gif[/img]

The peachy flesh colored bodies date from Felicity's release in 1991 and the beige bodies were produced along with the white bodies and just after, from what I can tell.
